4. Song Review Portal
The Song Review Portal ("Portal") is a professional evaluation platform designed to provide structured, opinion-based feedback on musical works.
Nature of Reviews
All reviews are subjective, opinion-based evaluations offered solely for informational and developmental purposes.
Reviews do not constitute guarantees of:
commercial success;
audience reception;
licensing opportunities;
placements;
promotional opportunities;
professional relationships; or
industry acceptance.
No Guarantees or Endorsements
Use of the Portal does not guarantee:
favorable feedback;
scoring above any threshold;
placement, promotion, or distribution;
future opportunities or relationships.
All feedback reflects the independent judgment of evaluators at the time of review.
AI Disclosure & Eligibility
Artists must disclose whether artificial intelligence was used in the creation, composition, or production of submitted works.
Songs fully generated by artificial intelligence are not permitted.
Songs developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools may be accepted at the discretion of the Portal, provided that core songwriting and creative direction remain substantially human-driven.
AI-assisted works may be evaluated differently and are not guaranteed equivalent scoring treatment.
Failure to accurately disclose artificial intelligence usage may result in disqualification.
Evaluator Discretion
Evaluators retain full discretion regarding:
qualitative feedback;
scoring methodologies;
rating ceilings for AI-assisted or unconventional works; and
recommendations or observations.
Uniform scoring outcomes are neither required nor expected.
Submission Ownership & Rights
Artists affirm that they possess all rights necessary to submit their works for review.
Submission does not transfer ownership, copyrights, publishing interests, or licensing rights to the Portal, its administrators, or evaluators.
The Portal does not claim ownership of submitted materials.
Confidentiality
Submitted materials are treated as confidential within the ordinary scope of the review process.
Fees & Refunds
At this time, there is no fee associated with use of the Portal. Fees may be introduced in the future. If fees are implemented, updated pricing, payment, and refund terms shall govern use of the Portal.
Limitation of Liability
The Portal, its administrators, and evaluators shall not be liable for decisions, outcomes, opportunities, losses, or actions taken based upon feedback provided through the review process.
Modification or Termination
The Portal reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, procedures, and terms at any time.
Submissions that violate these Terms may be declined, removed, or disqualified at the sole discretion of the Portal.
