By submitting your musical work (“Submission”) through this platform, you (“Artist”) agree to the following terms: 1. Purpose of Submission The musical work submitted is for the sole purpose of receiving professional feedback from Justine Word Music (“Reviewer”). No other use—commercial, promotional, or otherwise—will be made of your Submission. 2. Confidentiality & Use Limitation All musical works submitted will be held in strict confidence. The Reviewer agrees not to distribute, publish, or share your Submission with any third parties. Your work will only be accessed by the Reviewer for the purposes of review and feedback. 3. Intellectual Property Rights You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all content you submit. By submitting, you are not transferring or licensing any rights to your music. The Reviewer makes no claim of authorship, co-authorship, or copyright ownership. 4. Temporary Access & Deletion Submissions will be temporarily stored only for the duration of the review process. Once the review has been completed and delivered to you, your submission will be permanently deleted from all systems and storage locations used by the Reviewer. 5. Representations & Warranties By submitting your work, you confirm that: You are the rightful owner of the musical work or have permission to submit it. Your Submission does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or rights of any third parties. You understand that feedback is subjective and offered as professional opinion only. 6. Liability Waiver You agree that the Reviewer shall not be liable for any loss, perceived harm, or opportunity cost resulting from the feedback provided. Feedback is intended as guidance only. 7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
