About HWH Rising™

HWH Rising™ is an independent strategic blueprint for the renewal of Helena-West Helena, Arkansas. Built around ten interconnected Building Blocks, the proposal examines the systems, conditions, institutions, and opportunities most consequential to the city’s future, while organizing recommendations through a simple strategic framework: Stabilize. Restore. Grow.

The blueprint is designed to move beyond diagnosis and toward coordinated action. It brings together research, local context, strategic analysis, implementation concepts, and practical recommendations that can support stronger governance, infrastructure, economic growth, education, health, public safety, communication, community connection, recreation, and youth development.

HWH Rising™ is also an invitation. Residents, professionals, institutions, businesses, funders, former residents, and other contributors are encouraged to explore where their knowledge, resources, relationships, and capabilities may help strengthen the work. The goal is to create clearer pathways for collaboration, project development, investment, and implementation as Helena-West Helena builds toward a stronger future.
