The Song Review Portal (“Portal”) is a professional evaluation platform designed to provide structured, opinion-based feedback on musical works. Use of the Portal is subject to the following terms.

Nature of Reviews

All reviews provided through the Portal are subjective, opinion-based evaluations offered for informational and developmental purposes only. Reviews do not constitute guarantees of commercial success, industry placement, licensing opportunities, or audience reception.

No Guarantees or Endorsements

Use of the Portal does not guarantee:

  • favorable feedback

  • scoring above any threshold

  • placement, promotion, or distribution

  • future opportunities or professional relationships

All feedback reflects the independent judgment of evaluators at the time of review.

AI Disclosure & Eligibility

Artists are required to disclose whether artificial intelligence (AI) was used in the creation, composition, or production of submitted works.

  • Songs fully generated by AI are not permitted.

  • Songs developed with the assistance of AI tools may be accepted at the discretion of the Portal, provided that core songwriting and creative direction are human-driven.

  • AI-assisted songs may be evaluated differently and are not guaranteed equivalent scoring treatment.

Failure to accurately disclose AI will result in disqualification from review.

Evaluator Discretion

Evaluators retain full discretion regarding:

  • qualitative feedback

  • rating ceilings for AI-assisted or unconventional works

The Portal does not require uniform scoring outcomes among evaluators.

Submission Ownership & Rights

Artists affirm that they own or control the necessary rights to submit their work for review. Submission does not transfer ownership, copyright, or licensing rights to the Portal or its evaluators.

The Portal does not claim ownership of submitted works.

Confidentiality

Submitted materials are treated as confidential within the scope of the review process.

Fees & Refunds

At this time, there is no fee associated with use of the Song Review Portal. Fees may be introduced in the future. If and when fees apply, updated terms regarding pricing, payment, and refunds will be communicated and will govern use of the Portal at that time.

Limitation of Liability

The Portal, its administrators, and evaluators shall not be liable for any decisions, outcomes, or actions taken based on feedback provided through the review process.

Modification or Termination

The Portal reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, processes, or terms at any time. Submissions that violate these terms may be declined or removed at the discretion of the Portal.

5. Consulting, Advisory & Services Disclaimer
